EXAMPLE 1 Our client developed a career development workflow for their staff, where certain activities or achievements are rewarded with points. Points are accumulated and at a certain point generate a pay increase. Our plug-in manages the points awards for users, reports (in a click) on a specific contact's current points score (and which activities it incorporates), all points for all contacts to date, and all contacts who reached the pay increase threshhold. In addition it writes data back to GM fields to allow filter/group creation and bulk mailing of statements to contacts.	EXAMPLE 2 Our client is offering a bonus scheme to staff where an amount is awarded each 12 months. However, only 50% is paid at that time, and the remainder is 'banked' for the next year (creating a rolling balance). Our plug-in manages the 'bonus bank': showing each contact's current statement, and allowing the suspension of a bonus payment (for instance if an employee goes on maternity leave or sabbatical). It also notifies the payroll department when a payment is due, and also updates contacts on their current balance.	EXAMPLE 3 Our client was using an Access database (completely separate from their GM system) to manage orders. The sales team  were unable to see previous orders  and had to manually note down orders and add them to the system later. Our plug-in provides them with an immediate order processing capability, allowing customer specific pricing if required, where they can centrally manage their product list, stock, order status and order workflow. Relevant users are notified as an order changes status (warehouse receive notification to pack the order, accounts are notified that invoice should be raised, etc). Reporting is available on all aspects of orders, by salesman, product, customer, status etc. An overview screen shows all orders by which ever criteria is supplied. As a result of this implementation, orders are now processed directly by the sales team as they are on the phone to the client, and synced back to the warehouse site for immediate action.
