We provide training on an individual or group basis, tailored to reflect your business needs.  Our informal, friendly and hands on approach ensures that trainees get practical tuition taught by a qualified tutor.

 We also provide a less structured 'workshop' environment, when a department or business needs to ascertain which

Technical Support
Once your systems and strategies are implemented, there will be times when you need some additional support - to learn a new task, to change existing configuration, to fix a problem or to incorporate some new functionality.

Enterprise Views provides live support directly to your PC, using secure screen-sharing technology to enable us to easily view and remotely control your computer during a support session. We regularly undertake one-to-one training using this method.
We offer 'by the minute' support which means that we can respond immediately to your urgent call and you only pay for the time we spend on that session.

We also provide unlimited email support to our clients, and of course, telephone support where applicable.
